WHEREAS, by Order, dated July 23, 2004, the Court ordered mediation procedures

applicable to appeals from Bankruptcy Court for this District; and 

                    WHEREAS, the aforesaid Order provides, inter alia, that the Judges of the Court shall 

designate a panel of mediators whose members will serve at the pleasure of the Judges of the Court; 

                    NOW, THEREFORE, this 27th day of July, 2004, it is hereby ordered that: 

                    1.         The members of the initial panel of mediators are: 

		a.       Kevin F. Brady, Esquire;
 		b.       Kevin Gross, Esquire
 		c.       Vincent J. Poppiti, Esquire
 		d.       David B. Stratton, Esquire
		e.       William H. Sudell, Jr., Esquire

                    2.         The Judges of the Court will name additional mediators, if any, pursuant to 

the Mediation Procedures Order, paragraph 1(b). Requests to be added to the panel in accordance 

with 1(b) shall be submitted to the Clerk of the Court.
