ORDER

                    WHEREAS, by Order, dated July 23, 2004, the Court ordered mediation

procedures applicable to appeals from the Bankruptcy Court for this District; and

                    WHEREAS, by Order, dated July 27, 2004, the Court designated a panel of

mediators and provided that the Judges of the Court will name additional mediators, if any,

pursuant to the Mediation Procedures order, paragraph 1(b);

                    NOW, THEREFORE, this 22nd day of October, 2004, it is hereby ordered that

the panel of mediators shall be supplemented to include:

                                              Richard G. Elliott, Jr., Esquire

                                              Ian Connor Bifferato, Esquire
