APPELLATE MEDIATION PANEL
  

            The United States District Court for the District of Delaware is seeking qualified mediators to join the Appellate Mediation Panel, which handles appeals from the Bankruptcy Court. 

            Persons seeking to be members of the Panel should submit a letter to the Clerk of Court in accordance with Paragraph 1(b) of the Standing Order dated 7/26/04, ded.uscourts.gov.
