NEW FEATURES AND FUNCTIONS

FOR ATTORNEY USERS AND PUBLIC ACCESS

ACCOUNTS

The Maintain Your Account feature has been redesigned. It is much easier to see additional cases and other selections. The features available under "email information" can be accessed by clicking on the email address. One can cut and paste multiple case numbers from one account to another. There is also an additional option for receiving general announcement emails from the Court.

DOCKETING AND DOCUMENTS

  The appearance of the screens associated with the selection of parties and attorneys has changed. To the left of the party/attorney selection list, users will find an expandable/collapsible list that provides additional information.

Documents and their attachments can now be uploaded on the same screen.

PDF header placement has been improved.

When a PDF document exceeds the size limitation, the error message will note the actual size of the document.

Users will need to acknowledge their understanding of the Privacy Policy upon logging into CM/ECF.

NOTICE OF ELECTRONIC FILING

  If the attorney of record has multiple email addresses, all addresses will receive a NEF.

Even though an attorney may represent multiple parties in a case, he/she will be listed only once on the NEF from that case, and will receive only one NEF per case.

Those receiving summary NEFs will now receive a notice when there are no filings. The notice will state "no transactions found for this time period".

QUERIES

    The Query option will now permit a search by cause of action.
