Delaware District, SS: By virtue of a writ of Vindoni Exponas as issued out of the District Court of the United States for the Delaware District, dated the EIGHTEENTH DAY of SEPTEMBER, instant, next into the said Court then to be held in Wilmington aforesaid, upon a Decree of the said Court, made the Sixteenth day of September instant, in a cause wherein Thomas M. Robinson and Tench T. Vincent of the town of New Castle, Shipbuilders, are Libellants against the Schooner or Vessel to be named Mat. White, lately launched from their Shipyard, I will sell by way of Public Vendue, on SATURDAY, the fourth day of October next at 12 o’clock, the said Schooner or Vessel to the highest bidder or bidders for the same.
