ORDER
   
         In accordance with Rule 4(a) of the Rules of Procedure
for the Trial of Misdemeanors before United States Magistrates,
this Court adopted a Local Rule which authorizes payment of a
fixed sum in lieu of appearance for offenses as defined in 18
U.S.C. §1(3) and the general provisions applicable to forfeiture
of collateral cases. The Rule further requires that a schedule
of offenses will be published and announced periodically by Court
Order. Pursuant to the above Local Rule, schedules were published
in Orders dated may 19, 1983, October 10, 1985, and September 7,
1988. Those schedules are hereby amended to change the collateral
which may be posted in lieu of personal appearance for speeding violations at the Dover Air Force Base, Section C7(a), (b), and
(c), of the September 7, 1988 Order of the Court, as follows:
  
(7) Exceeding speed limit  §4169
    (a) by less than 5 miles
   		$20.00
    (b) 6 miles to 15 miles
 
   		$20.00 plus $1.00
per mile over limit
    (c) 16 miles to 20 miles
  
    		$20.00 plus $2.00
per mile over limit
         The purpose of the amendment is to be consistent with the amendment to Section 4169 of Title 21 of the Delaware Code.
          This Order, effective September 30, 1988, supersedes all prior Orders relating to the same subject matter.
