The Court having considered the recommendations of the United States Magistrate Judge Mary Pat Thynge, it is ORDERED this 20th day of December 2007, Pursuant to Federal Rule of Criminal Procedure58(d) and the Local Rules of the United States District Court for the District of Delaware, that this Court's schedule of monetary collateral for petty offenses committed on the premises of the Wilmington Veterans Administration Center, adopted on May 19, 1983, and which was most recently amended on September 7, 1988, be amended as follows: The offense for which collateral may be posted in lieu of appearance by the person charged with said offense, and the amount of collateral required to be posted for each offense are contained below: A. Petty offenses committed on the premises of the Wilmington Veterans Administration Center. Offenses committed on the premises of the Wilmington Veterans Administration Center for which collateral may be posted in lieu of appearance by the person charged, and the amount of collateral therefore, shall be as follows: |
