ORDER
               WHEREAS, 28 U.S.C. § 154(b) provides that the district court shall designate the Chief Judge of the United States Bankruptcy Court;
               WHEREAS, the judges of the district court have met and designated the Honorable Kevin J. Carey to serve as Chief Judge for the United States Bankruptcy Court for this district
for the term commencing on July 1, 2008 and ending on June 30, 2011;
               NOW THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED this 30th day of June 2008, that until further notice by the judges of the district court, the Honorable Kevin J. Carey is designated as Chief Judge of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
