DESIGNATION OF A DISTRICT JUDGE
FOR SERVICE WITHIN ANOTHER DISTRICT WITHIN THE CIRCUIT

 
               WHEREAS, in my judgment the public interest so requires; NOW, THEREFORE,
pursuant to the provisions of Title 28 U.S.C. § 292(b), I do hereby designate and assign the
Honorable J. Curtis Joyner, of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of
Pennsylvania, to hold court in the District of Delaware during the period beginning July 28, 2009
and ending August 1, 2010, and for such additional time thereafter as may be required to complete unfinished business.
