O R D E R
   

        WHEREAS, on April 10, 2009, the Judicial Conference of the United States Committee
on Judicial Security issued a recommendation regarding courtroom security cameras;
        NOW THEREFORE, IS IS HEREBY ORDERED this 30th day of June, 2009, that the United States District Court prohibits the dissemination of any recorded courtroom transmission by any means, for any purpose, by or to any person, without a court order authorizing such dissemination.
