Assignment of Court Reporters

    WHEREAS, the judges of the court have determined to assign

court reporters to individual judges, rather than pooling their 

reportorial services; 

    NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED this 24th day of September

2004, that the court reporters shall be assigned as follows:

         1.  Leonard Dibbs shall cover proceedings before Judge

Farnan. 

         2.  Valerie Gunning shall cover the proceedings before 

Chief Judge Robinson. 

         3.  Kevin Maurer shall cover the proceedings before 

Judge Sleet. 

         4.  Brian Gaffigan shall cover the proceedings before 

Judge Jordan. 

         5.  Effective immediately, in connection with any 

transcription needs, the parties are directed to contact the

individual court reporter serving the judge assigned to the case.
