The DAPA Public Service Award recognizes a public administrator who has made substantial contributions to professional management and service in Delaware.  It is given annually to an individual who displays accomplishments in leadership and in public service, shows commitment and dedication to public service, is responsive to current issues, and demonstrates innovation and/or creativity.  This year the Council chose Peter T. Dalleo to receive this award.
