The Judges of the District Court are pleased to announce that John A. Cerino has been named to succeed Dr. Peter T. Dalleo as Clerk of Court for the District Court for the District of Delaware.

Dr. Dalleo's retirement is effective December 31, 2012.  Mr. Cerino will assume the duties of the Clerk of Court in January 2013.
