Effective immediately, attorneys are no longer required to attend a CM/ECF training session as a requirement to obtain a log-in/password and e-file in the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware.

Instead, attorneys must complete the CM/ECF tutorial/training materials which are available on the Court’s website and submit the applicable E-Filing registration form certifying successful completion of the tutorial materials.
