Due to scheduled nationwide maintenance, certain functions of the Court’s Public Access to Court Electronic Records (PACER) system will be down intermittently beginning at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 7, 2014, through 6:00 a.m. on Monday, August 11, 2014. As a result of the maintenance, full access to the PACER system will unavailable from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. on Sunday, August 10, 2014.

PACER system maintenance will not affect attorneys registered to e-file through the Court’s Case Management/Electronic Case Filing (CM/ECF) system. Existing attorneys will have the ability to e-file during the PACER downtimes.
