Please note the requirement for retained counsel in criminal cases to provide a current Certificate of Good Standing in accordance with the Court's 6/30/09 Standing Order.

Once appearance is entered and the Certificate of Good Standing is received and docketed, retained counsel in a criminal case who would like to obtain electronic filing rights with e-noticing may complete the attached CM/ECF Registration form and submit it to the Clerk's office.
