BANKRUPTCY LAW SECTION

         The Bankruptcy Law Section of the Federal Bar Association (FBA) was founded to inform and educate members of recent developments in the bankruptcy law area. On a local level, the Bankruptcy Law Section provides a forum for the exchange of ideas among members of the federal judiciary and the bar and to provide valuable information and tips to federal practitioners in the bankruptcy law area.
