CM/ECF 1.9 Update
CM/ECF WILL BE UNAVAILABLE FROM 8 P.M. ON FRIDAY, May 29th,
UNTIL 8 P.M. ON SUNDAY, May 31st, 2026

The U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware will upgrade its CM/ECF system to version 1.9 starting at 8:00 PM on Friday, May 29th 2026. Please note that CM/ECF will be unavailable, as outlined above, during the upgrade.
