Effective January 1, 2024, the pro hac vice admission fee is increasing to $50.00 per case and is payable by credit card when using CM/ECF to file the application. The Application for Pro Hac Vice Admission will be updated and available under the Forms Tab (Motion and Order for Admission Pro Hac Vice) on ded.uscourts.gov.
