The Reappointment Of Mary Pat Thynge As Full Time United States Magistrate Judge

ORDER

APPOINTING FULL TIME UNITED STATES MAGISTRATE-JUDGE

In accordance with 28 U.S.C. § 631 and the Regulations of the Judicial Conference of the United States Establishing Standards and Procedures for the Appointment of United States Magistrate-Judges,

IT IS ORDERED that:

1. UNITED STATES MAGISTRATE-JUDGE REAPPOINTMENT:

Mary Pat Thynge is hereby reappointed as a full time United Staes Magistrate-Judge for the District of Delaware with the official station at Wilmington, Delaware, for a term of eight (8) years commencing on June 17, 2016, at a salary fixed for full time Magistrate-Judges by the Judicial Conference of the United States.

2. PLACES UNITED STATES MAGISTRATE-JUDGES MAY SIT:

The United States Magistrate-Judge may, in addition to sitting at the official station in Wilmington, Delaware, from time to time as may be necessary sit at or near Dover Air Force Base, Dover, Delaware, at or near the Delaware Correctional Center, Smyrna, Delaware, or at or near the Sussex Correctional Institution, Georgetown, Delaware, for purpose of carrying out any of the functions assigned to the United States Magirtrate-Judge by statute or by this or any supplemental Order of this Court.

3. COPY OF ORDER TO ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE:

The Clerk shall forward a certified copy of this Order to the Administrative Office of the United States Courts.
