Effective December 1, 2015, Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 4(m) as it pertains to Time Limit for Service is amended. (See 2015 Revised Federal Rules of Civil Procedure). The amended rule reduces the time for serving a defendant from 120 days to 90 days.  The Court has entered a Standing Order regarding the application of the amended rule to cases filed in this District.
