The District of Delaware’s revised Court Reporting Management Plan was approved by the Judicial Council of the Third Circuit on May 15, 2017. Opening comments by the Honorable Leonard P. Stark followed by training to the bar on key aspects of the plan will be conducted on the above listed dates and times.
