The Honorable Leonard P. Stark, Chief U.S. District Judge for the United States District Court for the District of Delaware, is currently accepting applications for a 12- to 18-month Term Law Clerk position. The clerkship will begin January 4, 2021. The end date is flexible.

Chief Judge Stark is seeking applicants with excellent research and writing skills. Applicants must be law school graduates by the time of the term start. Due to the high volume of patent law cases in the District of Delaware, prior patent litigation experience and/or an interest in patent law is recommended, though not required.

Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis and must be submitted no later than August 28, 2020. Interviews likely will take place in September and will be by remote video technology.
