POWER Act Live Webinar - October 9, 2020

The POWER Act, passed by Congress in 2019, requires the Chief Judge in each federal judicial district to conduct public events to promote pro bono legal services for survivors of domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, and stalking. In connection with the Act, the Delaware Chapter of the Federal Bar Association, in conjunction with the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware and the Family Court of the State of Delaware are pleased to present:

The POWER Act: Pro Bono Representation for Survivors of Domestic Violence. This program will bring awareness to domestic violence situations in the community and discuss opportunities for members of the bar to offer pro bono legal services to survivors.

CLE: The Delaware Chapter of the Federal Bar Association will be applying for 1 hour of Ethics credit for attendees
