Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §2071 and Rule 83 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware is seeking public comment on proposed revised local rules of practice and procedure. 

The proposed local rules are recommended by the Lawyers Advisory Committee of the United States District Court for the District of Delaware with the approval of the Court. 

A copy of the proposed local rules may be found on the court’s website at https://www.ded.uscourts.gov/local-rules.  

All comments and suggestions with respect to these revisions should be forwarded to the Office of the Clerk as soon as convenient, but no later than April 25, 2026.
