Public Notice - Reappointment of Federal Public Defender

The current term of office of Edson Bostic, Federal Public Defender for the District of Delaware, is due to expire on April 6, 2015. As required by statute, 18 U.S.C. § 3006A, the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit is considering the reappointment of Mr. Bostic to a new four year term and has appointed a committee to assist in its review. The Committee consists of a group of attorneys from Delaware who will report their findings to the Court.

Members of the bar and the public are invited to submit comments for consideration by the Court of Appeals regarding the reappointment of Mr. Bostic to a new term of office. All comments are confidential. All comments should be directed to the following address:
