Recall Appointment of Judge Mary F. Walrath United States Bankruptcy Judge for Service in the District of Delaware

Judge Mary F. Walrath, has consented to serve as a recalled bankruptcy judge in the District of Delaware pursuant to the regulations promulgated by the Judicial Conference of the United States and the rules adopted by the Third Circuit Judicial Council.

The Third Circuit Judicial Council has determined that the services of a recalled bankruptcy judge are needed by the District of Delaware. Honorable Mary F. Walrath will retire from service as United States Bankruptcy Judge for the District of Delaware on September 8, 2026, under the provisions of 28 U.S.C. Section 377.

Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. Section 155(b), Judge Mary F. Walrath is recalled into service as a United States Bankruptcy Judge in the District of Delaware effective September 9, 2026, and shall continue in effect until and including September 8, 2029.
