The terms of two of the five Special Masters on the Special Masters Panel expire at the end of January 2023. Therefore, the Court intends to appoint two or more attorneys as Special Masters to begin new terms in February 2023.  To that end, the Court requests that attorneys interested in such appointment follow the procedures set forth in paragraph 4 of the Court’s Standing Order dated December 4, 2014 relating to Special Masters by no later than July 31, 2022.
