Request for Special Master Panel Members

The terms of two of the five Special Masters on the Special Masters Panel expire at the end of January 2024. Therefore, the Court intends to appoint new Special Masters to begin new terms in February 2024.  To that end, the Court requests that attorneys interested in such appointment follow the procedures set forth in paragraph 4 of the Court’s Standing Order dated December 4, 2014 relating to Special Masters. Applicants should email their documents to Special_Masters@ded.uscourts.gov  no later than November 24, 2023.
