SELECTION OF RANDALL LOHAN AS CLERK OF COURT

The United States District Court for the District of Delaware is pleased to announce its selection of Randall Lohan to succeed John Cerino as the next Clerk of Court upon Mr. Cerino's retirement on May 31, 2023.

Ms. Lohan is currently the Chief Deputy Clerk for the United States District Court for the District of Delaware.  Ms. Lohan previously served as the Administrative Officer for the Philadelphia Division of the Drug Enforcement Administration, and the Administrative Officer for the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of Delaware. Ms. Lohan is also a veteran of the United States Army, where she served as an Engineer Officer.

Ms. Lohan is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, where she earned a B.S. in American Legal Studies.
