Effective May 1, 2026, the District of Delaware will implement an exact-change policy for all cash transactions in the Clerk’s Office. Patrons paying with cash are encouraged to bring the exact amount due for services. The fee schedule is available at  https://www.ded.uscourts.gov/fee-schedule-refund-policy.

Please note that this policy applies only to cash payments. The Clerk’s Office will continue to accept credit and debit cards, checks, and money orders. Thank you.
