The District of Delaware is pleased to announce that effective May 1, 2026, defendants will have the option of paying their criminal debt obligations (special assessments, fines and criminal restitution) online via pay.gov. Defendants will be able to remit payment via checking/savings account, Paypal or debit card only. The link to the payment page will be posted on this website on May 1, 2026. Please note that this does not include CVB fines. In addition, please note that we will continue to take payments by check and money order via mail, and by cash in person. Thank you.
